Terms and Agreement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create a will or estate-related document and to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

EstateSnap.app allows you to:

• Photograph and catalog personal property;
• Import or attach a will or other estate planning document you have created through a third-party service (such as FreeWill.com);
• Generate a single merged PDF combining your property inventory and estate document;
• Share or export that PDF to an attorney, executor, family member, or other designee of your choosing.

The App is a tool for organizing and sharing information. It does not draft, review, notarize, witness, file, or validate legal documents, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by FreeWill.com unless separately stated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at jubileebz@icloud.com of any unauthorized use.

“Your Content” means any photos, descriptions, documents, or other material you upload, create, or store in the App, including any imported will or estate document.

• Ownership: You retain all ownership rights in Your Content.
• License to us: You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's functionality (e.g., generating your merged PDF). This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except as needed for backups or legal compliance.
• Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Your Content, and for ensuring you have the right to upload any documents or images you provide.

The App is designed to work alongside FreeWill.com and may reference or link to it. FreeWill.com is an independent company, and your use of its services is governed solely by FreeWill's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for FreeWill.com's services, content, availability, or the legal validity of any document you create there.

If we integrate other third-party services in the future (e.g., cloud storage, e-signature, payment processors), your use of those services may be subject to their own terms as well.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to catalog or transmit stolen property, or property you do not have the right to inventory;
• Upload content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App's security or functionality;
• Use the App to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person;
• Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store billing system and are subject to Apple's own terms. Subscriptions, if offered, will auto-renew unless canceled in accordance with Apple's subscription management process. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's refund policies.

As described more fully in our Disclaimer, the App does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice, and any document you generate should be reviewed by a licensed attorney. You acknowledge that estate planning laws vary by jurisdiction and that we make no guarantee regarding the legal validity or enforceability of any document created or merged through the App.

The App, including its design, code, trademarks, and logos (excluding Your Content), is owned by Jubilee.bz LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our prior written consent.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY DOCUMENT GENERATED THROUGH THE APP WILL MEET THE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS OF YOUR JURISDICTION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUBILEE.BZ LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROPERTY, OR ESTATE VALUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jubilee.bz LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice, except where immediate termination is warranted (e.g., security or legal risk).

We may modify the App or these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and Jubilee.bz LLC only, not Apple;
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App;
• Apple is not responsible for any product liability claims, or claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements;
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
