Privacy Policy

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App's core features (photo cataloging, document merging, PDF generation);
• Create and manage your account;
• Generate the merged PDF you request and make it available for you to save, print, or share;
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests;
• Improve App performance, security, and features;
• Process payments for any paid features;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Agreement.

We do not sell your personal information, photos, or documents to third parties.

We recognize that photos of your property, inventory details, and estate planning documents are highly sensitive. We apply heightened care to this data, including:

• Encryption of data in transit and, where applicable, at rest;
• Access controls limiting employee access to user content;
• Not using your photos, inventory, or will content to train AI/ML models or for advertising purposes;
• Retaining this content only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's functionality, unless you request earlier deletion.

We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With your designees: if you explicitly choose to share or export your merged PDF with an attorney, executor, or other designee, that sharing happens at your direction (e.g., via email, AirDrop, or file export) and is your responsibility once shared.
• With service providers: vendors who help us operate the App (e.g., cloud hosting, crash reporting, payment processing, customer support tools), under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• For legal reasons: if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.
• Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred, subject to this Privacy Policy or a policy at least as protective.

We do not share your data with FreeWill.com or any other third party for their independent marketing use. Any data you separately provide to FreeWill.com is governed by FreeWill's own privacy policy.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, export, or delete your personal information;
• Withdraw consent for camera, photo library, or location access via your device settings;
• Delete your account and associated data through the App or by contacting us at jubileebzllc@icloud.com;
• Opt out of non-essential communications.

Residents of certain states (e.g., California, Virginia, Colorado) and regions (e.g., EU/EEA under GDPR) may have additional statutory rights. Contact us at jubileebzllc@icloud.com to exercise these rights, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We retain your photos, inventory, documents, and account information for as long as you have the app installed on the device. If you delete the app, the information is also deleted. While the data is in the app it is encrypted.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption, access controls, and secure cloud storage. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

If you use the App from outside the USA, your information may be transferred to and processed in the USA or other countries where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers. This app is not applicable outside of the United States of America or for use by citizens outside of the United States. Any wills created on FreeWill.com are only legal in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email, and will update the "Last Updated" date above.
