EstateSnap.app is an organizational and document-assembly tool. It allows you to photograph and catalog personal property and combine that catalog with a will or other estate planning document you create through a third-party service (currently FreeWill.com) into a single merged PDF.

The App does not provide legal, financial, tax, or estate planning advice. Nothing in the App, including any prompts, checklists, templates, or generated PDF, should be interpreted as a recommendation or substitute for advice from a licensed attorney, financial advisor, or tax professional in your jurisdiction. The App is designed to work alongside FreeWill.com, an independent, unaffiliated third-party service that allows users to create wills and other estate planning documents. Jubilee.bz LLC does not create, draft, review, notarize, witness, validate, or store your will. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility or liability for:

• The accuracy, legality, validity, or enforceability of any document created through FreeWill.com or any other third-party service;
• Changes to FreeWill.com's availability, pricing, terms, or functionality;
• Any errors, omissions, or outages on FreeWill.com's platform.

Your use of FreeWill.com is governed entirely by FreeWill's own terms of service and privacy policy, which you should review independently.

A merged PDF generated by the App (photo inventory + will/estate document) is a convenience tool for organizing and sharing information. It is not a substitute for a properly executed legal will. Requirements for a legally valid will (such as witnesses, notarization, signatures, and specific language) vary by jurisdiction. We make no representation or warranty that:

• Any document produced through the App satisfies the legal requirements of your state, province, or country;
• The inventory or photos included will be recognized as legally binding evidence of ownership or bequest;
• The App captures all property, accounts, or assets relevant to your estate.

Photos and descriptions of property you catalog in the App are intended to help you and your designees identify and locate belongings. They do not, by themselves, transfer ownership, establish legal title, or override the terms of a valid will, trust, or other legal instrument.

The App is intended to help a designated person (attorney, executor, family member, or other designee) locate information more easily during a difficult time. It is your responsibility to:

• Choose appropriate, trustworthy designees;
• Ensure designees know how to access the merged PDF (including any passwords or account credentials);
• Keep the App's contents current and accurate.

We are not responsible for a designee's inability to access, interpret, or act on the information in the App or the merged PDF, including due to lost credentials, device loss, or App unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jubilee.bz LLC and its officers, employees, and agents disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, or legal consequence arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App, including but not limited to disputes over property distribution, invalid or unenforceable estate documents, or data loss.
